The number of year around employees during last year, refers to the average number of employees during last year in addition to the CEO, owners and owners' family members.
The data can be retrieved from the annual accounting, or by taking the total number of hours worked last year and divide those by 1625 (normal working hours/year).
It is also possible to calculate the number of months worked last year and divide by 12.
The amount of wages refer to last year's salaries. That will include salaries to the CEO, owners and family members. Submit the amount in 1000 Swedish krona.

The applicable collective agreement is decided by a subdivision of work items. Depending on the main business focus; principally divided into construction or housing there is a choice between applying the collective agreement between ME-Seko “Maskinföraravtalet” or the collective agreement between ME-Byggnads “Enterprenadmaskinavtalet”.
In order for the company to be classified with the right agreement, you will need to specify what type of work items the company's machinery and vehicle drivers have primarily worked on over the past two years, based on the following setup. The classification is updated every two years. For mining industry contracts, the collective agreement ”Gruventreprenadavtalet” between ME-IF Metall is also available.
"Maskinföraravtalet" (Seko)
- Streets and roads
- Forest machinery roads
- All types of coating work including insulation work
- White line road markings
- Railways, tramways and underground systems
- Land and electrical line work including overhead lines
- All excavation work in connection with cable running
- Crushing activities and fabrication of coating materials
- The agreement also covers the above related cleaning and other similar service activities including winter road maintenance, as well as the processing of recyclable and residual products from activities covered by the agreement.
- The agreement also includes internal transport performed in the workplace area as described above
"Entreprenadmaskinavtalet" (Byggnads)
- Civil engineering facilities, such as power plants, sports facilities and airfields
- All work concerning wood and concrete with respect to the construction and repair of roads, streets, railways, tramways and undergrounds
- The construction and repairs of bridges, viaducts and traffic tunnels made of concrete
- Land and electrical line work at the site, i.e. work that has a temporal connection with a defined construction or building construction object
- Main pipelines for district heating and cooling
- All land work in the construction and repair of ponds, sea regulation and waterways
- Work on piling, sponting, decking and ground stabilisation
- Pipe crimping
- Demolition work
- Drilling for energy and water
- Diving work
- Dredging work
- Construction industry's contractual areas
- The work also covers the above related cleaning and other similar service activities, as well as the processing of recyclable and residual products from activities covered by the agreement.
